Your Award Statement. The Award Statement delivered to you contains some of your Award’s specific terms. For example, it contains the number of PSUs subject to this Award, the Performance Period and the Performance Goal applicable to your Award. It also contains the Determination Date and [the] [any applicable] Settlement Date[s] for your Award and the [any applicable] Transferability Date[s] for any Shares at Risk that may be delivered to you in respect of any Settlement Amount that you may earn.
