Yield Maintenance Agreement. The Trustee is hereby authorized and directed to, and agrees that it shall, enter into the Yield Maintenance Agreement on behalf of the Trust Fund.
Yield Maintenance Agreement. The Trustee shall not designate an Early Termination Date under the Yield Maintenance Agreement without the consent of the Controlling Person.
Yield Maintenance Agreement. (a) In the event that the Trustee does not receive by the Business Day preceding a Distribution Date the amount as specified by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 4.04(a)(iv) hereof as the amount to be paid with respect to such Distribution Date by the Yield Maintenance Agreement Provider under the Yield Maintenance Agreement, the Trustee shall enforce the obligation of the Yield Maintenance Agreement Provider thereunder. The parties hereto acknowledge that the Yield Maintenance Agreement Provider shall be making all calculations, and determine the amounts to be paid, under the Yield Maintenance Agreement. Absent manifest error, the Trustee may conclusively rely on such calculations and determination and any notice received by it from the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 4.04(a)(iv) hereof.

Yield Maintenance Agreement. (a) On or prior to the Closing Date, the Trustee, on behalf of the Trust Fund, will enter into the Yield Maintenance Agreement for the benefit of the Holders of the LIBOR Certificates. The Yield Maintenance Agreement will be an asset of the Trust Fund but will not be an asset of any REMIC. The Trustee shall deposit any amounts with respect to the Yield Maintenance Agreement into the Carryover Reserve Fund.
Yield Maintenance Agreement. The ISDA Master Agreement (including the schedule thereto), dated as of the Closing Date, by and between the Yield Maintenance Provider and the Trust, together with the Confirmation, Ref. No. FXNEC5279 dated the Closing Date, between the Yield Maintenance Provider and the Trust, relating to the Group 1 Mortgage Loans which bear interest at fixed rates.
Yield Maintenance Agreement. The ISDA Master Agreement dated as of June 29, 2006, between the Yield Maintenance Agreement Counterparty and the Supplemental Interest Trust Trustee, on behalf of the Supplemental Interest Trust, and the confirmation of the same date, between the Yield Maintenance Agreement Counterparty and the Supplemental Interest Trust Trustee, on behalf of the Supplemental Interest Trust, which supplements, forms a part of, is subject to, and is governed by such ISDA Master Agreement (a form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit X).
