Year Contracts. All provisional employees may be granted two (2) one (1) year contracts. After successful completion of this provisional period they will be granted a three (3) year contract.

A two (2) year contract may be is- sued to an individual outside the system who has been appointed to a matrix position, if he/she has had more than one (1) year experience as an administrator in a similar. Those matrix persons not receiving four (4) year contracts shall be granted three (3) year contracts.
Year Contracts. The Subscription shall start on access being provided to the Sevices the date of first payment and continue for twelve (12) months (the “One Year Subscription Term”).
