Common use of Year 2000 Issues Clause in Contracts

Year 2000 Issues. The Borrower shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, take all actions reasonably necessary to assure that the Year 2000 Issues will not have a Material Adverse Effect. The Borrower shall provide the Administrative Agent and each of the Lenders a copy of the Borrower's program to address Year 2000 Issues, including updates and progress reports upon request. The Borrower shall advise the Administrative Agent if any Year 2000 Issues will have or would reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Year 2000 Issues. The Borrower shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, take all actions reasonably necessary to assure ensure that the Year 2000 Issues will not have a Material Adverse Effect. The Borrower shall provide the Administrative Agent and each of the Lenders a copy of information regarding the Borrower's and its Subsidiaries' program to address Year 2000 Issues, including updates and progress reports upon request. The Borrower shall advise the Administrative Agent if any Year 2000 Issues will have or would reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Year 2000 Issues. The Borrower shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, take all actions reasonably necessary to successfully implement the Year 2000 Program and to assure that the Year 2000 Issues will not have a Material Adverse Effect. The Borrower shall provide promptly notify the Administrative Agent and each of the Lenders a copy of the Borrower's program to address Year 2000 Issues, including updates and progress reports upon request. The Borrower shall advise the Administrative Agent in writing if any Year 2000 Issues will have or would could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect. At the request of the Agent or any Lender, the Borrower will provide an updated description of the Year 2000 Program, together with any progress reports with respect thereto.
