YARD. If there is a yard outside of the tenant’s unit it must be properly maintained, and if it is not properly maintained, Tenant shall be considered in default of the Lease. Landlord will arrange to have the grass cut. Tenant cannot plant flowers, trees or shrubs in the yard without the written consent of Landlord.
YARD. The yard is the tenant’s responsibility and MUST be kept watered, mowed and trimmed at all times. Garden beds are to be neat, tidy and free of weeds at all times.
