Xxxxxxxxxxx with Community Health Options. As a Member under the Plan, you agree to cooperate with us in exercising our rights of subrogation and COB under this Agreement. Community Health Options agrees that subrogation payments will be made on a just and equitable basis. Your cooperation may include: • Notifying us of any possible legal action or claim that may implicate Community Health Options’ subrogation or COB rights; • Providing us with any information and documents that we request; • Assigning to Community Health Options payments that you receive for services paid by Community Health Options; • Signing documents deemed necessary by Community Health Options to protect its subrogation and COB rights, including, but not limited to, providing Community Health Options with your prior written approval of Community Health Options enforcing its subrogation rights; and • Not taking any action that would impede Community Health Options’ subrogation or COB rights. If you do not cooperate with Community Health Options as provided in this section, you may be liable to Community Health Options if Community Health Options needs to enforce its rights. You may also be liable for Community Health Options’ costs and reasonable legal fees.

  • SECTION 109 OF THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974 The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of Section 109 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974. No person in the United States shall on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity funded in whole or in part with funds made available under this title. Section 109 further provides that discrimination on the basis of age under the Age Discrimination Act of 1975 or with respect to an otherwise qualified handicapped individual as provided in Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, is prohibited.

  • Citizen Volunteer or Community Service Leave Leave without pay may be granted for community volunteerism or service.

Within 60 days after the City receives an invoice, the City shall send the Contractor a check in payment for all undisputed amounts contained in the invoice.

  • Synopsis and Benefit to Xxxxxxx County The Agreement continues the contractual relationship between the Oregon State Marine Board and Xxxxxxx County through its Sheriff’s Office. The Sheriff’s Office will be reimbursed for marine law enforcement patrols, boater education, and boat inspections conducted throughout Xxxxxxx County.

  • XXXXXXXX FAIR EMPLOYMENT PRINCIPLES In accordance with the XxxXxxxx Fair Employment Principles (Chapter 807 of the Laws of 1992), the Contractor hereby stipulates that the Contractor either (a) has no business operations in Northern Ireland, or (b) shall take lawful steps in good faith to conduct any business operations in Northern Ireland in accordance with the XxxXxxxx Fair Employment Principles (as described in Section 165 of the New York State Finance Law), and shall permit independent monitoring of compliance with such principles.

  • EMPLOYEE HEALTH CARE 233. Pursuant to the Charter, the City contributes whatever rate is applicable per month directly into the City Health Service System for each employee who is a member of the Health Service System. Subsequent City contributions will be set pursuant to the Charter.
