Xxxxxxxxxx. agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within 5 calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, or other directive from the CITY, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement.
