Xxxxxxxxxx of Overtime. It is agreed that all employees within the work unit without discrimination shall share overtime work. The opportunity to work scheduled overtime shall be extended to each employee on a non-discriminatory basis so as not to affect the efficiency of the department. A total amount of accumulated overtime difference of less than twelve (12) hours shall be considered non-discriminatory provided the employee with the greater number of hours shall not have reached his/her maximum allowed overtime. If the officer refuses the overtime, it shall be considered as if he/she had worked for the purposes of equalizing the overtime.

Xxxxxxxxxx of Overtime. As soon as practicable after the University decides the need for overtime or additional work, the University shall notify the employee(s) it selects that overtime must be worked or that the employee must work beyond his/her regularly assigned shift. An employee may be permitted to decline such assignments under special circumstances. However, wherever it is necessary to meet the operational requirements of the University, the University shall have the right to require the performance of such work, including requiring employees to remain at work after conclusion of their shift until relief is available. If an employee is ordered to work planned overtime and if the employee has received less than twenty-four (24) hours advance notice, the employee shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) times the regular hourly rate of pay for any such hours worked.

  • CONTRACT XXXXXXXX Contractor and the distributors/resellers designated by the Contractor, if any, shall provide complete and accurate billing invoices to each Authorized User in order to receive payment.
