Common use of Xxxxxxxxx Pay Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxxxxx Pay. The Company will pay to you $420,784, less all applicable taxes and withholdings, as severance pay (an amount equivalent to twelve (12) months of your current base salary). This severance pay will be paid in installments in accordance with the Company’s regular payroll practices, but in no event shall payments begin earlier than the Company’s first payroll date following expiration of the Revocation Period.

This severance pay will be paid in installments in accordance with the Company’s regular payroll practices, but in no event shall payments begin earlier than the Company’s first payroll date following expiration of the Revocation Period.

This severance pay will be paid in equal installments in accordance with the Company’s regular payroll practices, but in no event shall payments begin earlier than prior to the later of the Company’s first payroll date following expiration of the Revocation PeriodPeriod or January 1, 2021.

The Company will pay to you twenty-four (24) semi-monthly payments of $420,78419,082.50, less all applicable taxes and withholdings, as severance pay (an amount equivalent to twelve (12) months of your current base salary). This severance pay will be paid in installments in accordance with the Company’s regular payroll practices, but in no event shall payments begin earlier than the Company’s first payroll date following expiration of the Revocation Period.

This severance pay will be paid in equal installments in accordance with the Company’s regular payroll practices, but in no event shall payments begin earlier than the Company’s first payroll date following expiration of the Revocation Period.

The Company will pay to you $420,784779,851.50, less all applicable taxes and withholdings, as severance pay (an amount equivalent to twelve eighteen (1218) months of your current 2021 base salary, inclusive of a 4% increase). This severance pay will be paid in installments in accordance with the Company’s regular payroll practices, but in no event shall payments begin earlier than the Company’s first payroll date following expiration of the Revocation Period.

The Company will pay to you $420,784580,000, less all applicable taxes and withholdings, as severance pay (an amount equivalent to twelve (12) months 52 weeks of your current base salary). This severance pay will be paid in installments in accordance with the Company’s regular payroll practices, but in no event shall payments begin earlier than the Company’s first payroll date following expiration of the Revocation Period.

This severance pay will be paid as salary continuation in installments in accordance with the Company’s regular payroll practices, but in no event shall payments begin earlier than the Company’s first payroll date following expiration of the Revocation Periodrevocation period following your timely execution and return of the Additional Release.

The Company will pay to you $420,784211,150, less all applicable taxes and withholdings, as severance pay (an amount equivalent to twelve one-half (121/2) months of your current annual base salary). This severance pay will be paid in installments in accordance with the Company’s regular normal payroll practices, but in no event shall payments payment begin earlier than the Company’s first payroll date following expiration eighth (8th) day after your execution and timely return of the Revocation Periodthis letter agreement.
