Common use of Xxxxxxxx Pay Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxxxx Pay. 1. A regular employee who has completed at least 1 year of compensated service with the Company, laid off through no fault or action of his or her own, will receive furlough pay based on the length of total actual straight time compensated service with the Company since the employee’s last date of hire. Furlough pay will be computed on the basis of the employee’s regular straight time hourly rate at the time of layoff.

Xxxxxxxx Pay. 1.
