Xxxxxxxx Lease. It is understood by Buyer that the six month payments on Lease for future rent is in arrears in an amount of approximately $42,000.00.
Xxxxxxxx Lease. On the condition that the Village agrees to keep its contents confidential, Developer shall deliver to the Village attorney a copy of a fully executed Lease (with the rent figures and other sensitive information redacted), as that term is defined herein within the period permitted for such submittal in the Village Contract. In the respects that this Agreement contains provisions which provide for certain time periods within which actions under the Lease should occur and the Lease provides that such actions are subject to extension for Force Majeure (as defined in the Lease), the time periods in this Agreement shall be subject to extension for Force Majeure as so defined.

Xxxxxxxx Lease. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, the following provisions shall apply with respect to the Xxxxxxxx Lease:
Xxxxxxxx Lease. (a) Landlord acknowledges that Tenant will likely be assigned the Lease between Landlord and Xxxxxxxx Advisors, LLC for Suite 640, which is 7,268 rentable square feet of space on the sixth floor of the Building (the “Xxxxxxxx Space”) pursuant to separate agreement. Should Tenant become the assignee of the Xxxxxxxx Space, and thereafter leases space on the sixth floor of the Building in an “as-is” condition, for a term that is coterminous with the Lease and otherwise at fair market terms from Landlord (except that Fixed Rent would be and escalate at Tenant’s then current rate), and if the Xxxxxxxx space plus the additional space leased to Tenant on the sixth floor exceeds 11,600 rentable square feet, then Tenant shall have the right at its election to terminate the Lease with regard to Premises.
Xxxxxxxx Lease. That portion of the West 280 acres of Section 3, Block M-2l, TCPR Survey, as colored in yellow on Exhibit “A-F’ attached hereto. That portion of the East 60 acres of the West 120 acres of the North 319.9 acres and the East 80 acres of the West 160 acres of the South 320 acres of Section 0, Xxxxx X-00, XXXX Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Texas, as colored in yellow on Exhibit “A-1” hereto. That portion of the West 120 acres of the North 319.9 acres and the East 80 acres of the West Half(W/2) of the South 320 acres of Section 0, Xxxxx X-00, XXXX Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Texas, as colored in yellow on Exhibit “A-1” hereto.
Xxxxxxxx Lease. Each of the parties hereto and MTECH Holdings, LLC shall use their respective commercially reasonable efforts (including by way of MTECH Holdings, LLC becoming a guarantor of the obligations of the Company pursuant to the Xxxxxxxx Lease or offering similar support in respect thereof), and shall cooperate with each other, to, as promptly as reasonably practicable following the date hereof, obtain from 14 Commerce Realty L.L.C. the release of Volt from all obligations under the Xxxxxxxx Lease with respect to any period after the Closing.
