Xxxxxxx’x Decision. The Xxxxxxx, after first considering the committee's recommendation, shall within twenty (20) business days decide upon which disciplinary measures, if any, shall be taken. The Xxxxxxx shall set forth in writing this final decision and reasons for it. The committee, the faculty member, and the Chapter shall receive copies.

Xxxxxxx’x Decision. The Xxxxxxx has plenary authority to award or deny 36 tenure. The candidate will be notified in writing of the Xxxxxxx’x decision.
