Xxxxxxxx Days. Effective the 2011-12 school year, all teachers compensated under Appendix A will have the equivalent of two (2) days compensation deducted from his/her annual salary at the teacher’s daily rate of pay. Said deductions shall be made in equal amounts from the teacher’s bi-weekly paycheck for 21 pay periods. For teachers hired after the beginning of the work year, said furlough days shall be deducted on a pro-rated basis equivalent to a half-day during each quarter of the 2011-12 school year. Said payments shall also be made in equal amounts from the teacher’s bi-weekly paycheck.
Xxxxxxxx Days. Should the number of days exceed six (6), teachers shall be expected to work from home from 11:25 – 2:55 to fulfill teaching duties.
Xxxxxxxx Days. The parties to unit agreements which are or will be attached hereto have negotiated for three furlough days in FY 2018, provided that notwithstanding any furlough day language in any local bargaining unit agreement, units may substitute accrual reductions or other means that produce equivalent savings.
Xxxxxxxx Days. The phrase “Business Days” as used herein shall mean the days of Monday through Friday, excepting only federal holidays. If the last day upon which performance hereunder would otherwise be required or permitted is not a Business Day, then the time for such performance shall be automatically extended to the next day that is a Business Day.
Xxxxxxxx Days. For purposes of these disclosures, our business days are Monday through Friday, except Bank and/or Federal holidays.
Xxxxxxxx Days. During the 2012-2013, drivers shall accept two unpaid furlough days: Memorial Day 2013 and February 15, 2013. If the District schedules driving on February 15, 2013, in the case of any driving that is not a driver’s regular route, or filling in for someone else’s regular route, drivers will be eligible to drive those trips, etc., and still be considered to have met the furlough requirement. The assignment of trips, etc., on that day, if any, will follow the regular rotation of that type run/trip.
Xxxxxxxx Days. The length of the delay in the availability of funds is counted in business days from the day your deposit is applied to your Account. For purposes of these disclosures, our business days are Monday through Friday. Federal holidays are not included. Deposits received after the cut-off times provided in this Agreement or on a day Bank is not open will be processed the following business day that Bank is open.
Xxxxxxxx Days. The City has the right to negotiate furloughs during the term of this Agreement. The City would be required to provide notice and an opportunity to negotiate furloughs. The City agrees to provide financial documents justifying the need for furloughs. Furloughs would be implemented either by agreement between the parties or upon completion of negotiations and the impasse procedures.
Xxxxxxxx Days. During the course of the 2010 – 2011 negotiations, it was agreed upon that custodians would take ten (10) furlough days in the summer of 2010. These days will be taken on Fridays from July 2, 2010 – September 3, 2010. This is for the 2010-2011 school year only and will expire June 30, 2011. (See Letter of Agreement)
Xxxxxxxx Days. Unless otherwise specified by the Board, any Board-adopted furlough days for certificated senior cabinet-level employees shall apply to the Assistant Superintendent. Unless otherwise specified by the Board, such furlough days shall have the effect of reducing the Assistant Superintendent’s work year by the number of furlough days instituted, along with a corresponding proportional reduction in salary.
