Xxxxxxx Terms. Dialpad Business Voice (“Dialpad”) is a business grade voice system designed to help Customer Lines stay connected and productive wherever, regardless of device type. End User must comply with the Sprint Productivity Marketplace Terms of Service, including the Sprint Software as a Service Terms of Services and any Application Specific Terms, which are incorporated into this Contract as posted to: xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/business/resources/ratesandterms/productivity_marketplace_terms_of_service.pdf?04 1216. Dialpad is not eligible for Service Pricing Discounts. The Dialpad Business Voice pricing, terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice to End User. In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of the H-GAC Contract with Sprint and the Sprint Productivity Marketplace Terms of Service, the Sprint Productivity Marketplace Terms of Service shall control for the purchase and use of all Sprint Software as a Service, including Dialpad and any related value added services.
Xxxxxxx Terms. The Club’s trading terms are twenty-eight (28) days unless specified otherwise - refer to invoice due dates. All invoices of less than $50.00 are due in 7 days.
Xxxxxxx Terms. 7.1 The Trading Platform provided by the Company enables trading in exchange rates of different currencies, and CFD's of different Financial Instruments made available on the Company's Platform (all herein: "Financial Instruments").
