XXXXXXX REVOCABLE TRUST. (Seller) agrees to sell and convey to (Xxxxx), and Xxxxx agrees to buy from Seller the following property situated in Xxxxxxx Township, Xxxxxxx County, Iowa, containing 133.66 Acres more or less (M/L) and legally described as: The NW¼; the N½ of the SW¼ of the NE¼; the North 4 rods of the S½ of the SW¼ of the NE¼, all in Section 11, Township 91 North, Range 3 West of the 5th P.M., Clayton County, Iowa, except land conveyed to Clayton County as recorded in Book 148, X.X., Pages 367-368. together with any easements and 100 percent of the mineral rights owned by Seller, but subject to any easements of record, zoning restrictions, FSA/NRCS cost sharing agreements and restrictive covenants. The right is reserved to insert the exact legal description as shown by the Abstract of Title.

Prior to signing, please contact me with any questions or problems regarding this agreement. Attached and incorporated into this agreement is a Statement of Client’s Rights and Responsibilities. The Statement is offered as a further explanation of the attorney-client relationship into which you are entering. Please review it carefully and sign and date where designated to indicate that you have read and understand the contents. DATE: November 29, 2022 together with complete copies of all pleadings and discovery within thirty (30) days of counsel’s withdrawal or discharge.
