Xxxxxxx Pay. Each of the four crafts shall have a designated xxxxxxx as listed in this section. When more than one employee is employed by the School District in each craft, either on a permanent or a temporary basis, the Administrator in charge will designate one (1) of the employees in this classification as Xxxxxxx and shall adjust the wage rate per hour. (Note: Pension and Health & Welfare shall remain the same.) Xxxxxxx Stipend ‐ $.90 When the permanently‐designated xxxxxxx is absent for more than 8 hours (or is scheduled to be absent for more than 8 hours i.e. takes a day off), the Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds shall appoint a temporary xxxxxxx in the xxxxxxx’x absence. Said temporary xxxxxxx shall receive the xxxxxxx’x wage as listed above. The temporary status change must be indicated on the employee time card.

Xxxxxxx Pay. When more than one Journeyperson is employed on a job, the Employer may designate a xxxxxxx who shall be a Journeyperson Tile Layer, unless the job consists solely of Finishers’ work. If a xxxxxxx is so designated, the xxxxxxx shall receive, in addition to Journeyperson wages, an additional $2.00 per hour to $4.00 per hour, as agreed by the Employer and the xxxxxxx.
Xxxxxxx Pay. Employees covered by this agreement who are assigned to standby duty shall be paid two-hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for each week that they are so assigned. Standby pay can be broken down by a rate of $35.71 per day ($250 divided by 7 days) to the maximum of $250.00 per week. Xxxxxxx Pay. An employee subpoenaed as a non-party witness or as a party defendant with the Employer in a judicial proceeding connected with the employee's employment shall be paid a daily allowance by the employer for each day on which the employee reports to court pursuant to the subpoena and in which the employee would otherwise have been scheduled to work. The amount of such daily allowance shall be equal to the employee's loss of straight-time earnings less the daily witness fee paid to the employee. If the employee is released from court prior to noon, the employee shall report for work for the balance of his/her shift.

The employee shall not be paid for holidays that coincide with Resting day. An employee who works during holidays shall be entitled for a 150% salary for the overall working hours.
Xxxxxxx Pay. If an employee who is eligible for illness payment as indicated above receives pay because of illness, injury, or quarantine on either side of a holiday period for which he/she qualified for holiday pay, he/she shall receive holiday pay for the holiday period and the days of the holiday period shall not be considered as days of illness or injury leave. In case a holiday occurs on the first day of the employee's assignment, and he/she receives pay because of illness, injury or quarantine on the first day of his/her assignment following the holiday, the holiday shall not be considered as a day of illness or injury leave. In case a holiday occurs on the last day of the employee's assignment, and he/she receives pay because of illness, injury, or quarantine on the last day of his/her assignment preceding the holiday, the holiday shall not be considered as a day of illness or injury leave.

Xxxxxxx Pay. Every xxxxxxx shall be a complete mechanic of the trade and receive six percent (6%) over the current journeyman’s wage per hour. When twenty (20) or more plasterers are employed, it shall be required that an additional xxxxxxx shall be placed on that job site.
Xxxxxxx Pay. Standby Pay shall be paid at a rate of $75.00 per weekend to those employees in the Public Works Department who are required to be on Standby on weekends (3:30 p.m. Friday to 7:00 a.m. Monday), $75.00 per week for those employees who are required to Standby for the week (Monday – Friday) and $75.00 for those employees who are required to Standby on holidays (3:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. of the next regular work day). Public Works employees shall be compensated in 15 minute increments for time worked while on standby handling phone calls from dispatch. City management shall develop a process for including such time on employee timesheets.
Xxxxxxx Pay. A.All three platoon system employees shall receive holiday pay for each of the holidays specified in Section 12.1. Payment shall be made in a lump sum payment prior to December 1 of each year. The wage rate to be used to calculate the lump sum payment shall be the hourly rate earned by the employee on the date of payment.
