Common use of XXXXXXX must Clause in Contracts

XXXXXXX must. consider incorporating comments from the EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATOR and other commenters on all draft deliverables into the FINAL REPORT. XXXXXXX must attach a copy of the EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATOR’s comments in the FINAL REPORT. GRANTEE must submit one (1), or more as requested by the TWDB project manager, physical copy (bound) and one (1) electronic copy of the entire FINAL REPORT in Portable Document Format (PDF), with searchable text, to the EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATOR no later than the EXPIRATION DATE. GRANTEE must submit one (1) electronic copy of any computer programs or models and an operations manual developed under the terms of this CONTRACT. In compliance with Texas Administrative Code, Title 1, Part 10, Chapters 206 and 213 (related to Accessibility and Usability of State Web Sites), the digital copy of the FINAL REPORT must comply with the requirements and standards specified in statute. After a 30-day review period, the EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATOR will either accept or reject the FINAL REPORT. If the FINAL REPORT is rejected, the rejection letter sent to GRANTEE will state the reasons for rejection and the steps GRANTEE needs to take to have the FINAL REPORT accepted and the retainage released. The CONTRACT may be extended if necessary and allowable, based on the state funding source, to allow time for GRANTEE to resubmit the FINAL REPORT.
