XxXxxxx Facilities. Most open-outcry and electronic trading facilities are supported by computer-based component systems for the orders/requests routing, execution, matching, registration or clearing of transactions. As with all facilities and systems, they are vulnerable to temporary disruption or failure. The Client may ascertain losses and the ability to recover certain losses may be subject to limits on liability imposed by the system provider, the market, the clearing house and/or member firms.

XxXxxxx Facilities. The DNR is authorized to use the BLM’s XxXxxxx facilities and property as a fire preparedness facility and is billed for the maintenance of those facilities. A reimbursable code between AFS and DOF will be established prior to fire season.

XxXxxxx Facilities. The DNR is authorized to use the BLM’s XxXxxxx facilities and property to support their fire preparedness activities. BLM and DOF will meet at least once annually to discuss maintenance needs for the facilities and determine how they will be met. DOF will fund a reimbursable code between AFS and DOF in the amount of $20,000 for 2019 (Refer to Attachment 1). Funds in this account will be used by AFS to fulfill XxXxxxx facilities maintenance obligations identified in the annual maintenance meeting or on a case by case basis as agreed upon by both parties. Unused funds will be carried over for the next season. The need for additional funds to be provided by DOF will be negotiated annually during the maintenance meeting and will be agreed upon in the following AOP. XxXxxxx Facilities. Each Statement of Work will describe any Xxxxxxx Facilities applicable thereunder. Xxxxxxx will make available to Cognizant the Xxxxxxx Facilities for the purpose of allowing Cognizant to perform the Services. Cognizant will: (i) use the space in the Xxxxxxx Facilities for the sole purpose of providing the Services; (ii) comply with the policies and procedures governing access to and use of Xxxxxxx Facilities that are provided to Cognizant, including any modifications to such policies and procedures in advance and writing; and (iv) except with respect to approved modifications or ordinary wear and tear, return such space in the same condition it was in when Cognizant was provided access.   • Parking Facilities Alamo Colleges District shall make the existing parking facilities at the rented Facility available for the vehicular traffic and parking necessitated by the Organization’s Use of the rented Facility, on a non-exclusive basis, as specified at Exhibit A. Organization anticipates approximately the number of participants stated at Exhibit A and agrees to inform Alamo Colleges District of any significant changes five (5) business days in advance of a Use. Alamo Colleges District shall notify Organization of the recommended capacity of the Facility and all decisions of Alamo Colleges District concerning questions arising under this Paragraph shall be final.

  • Location and Facilities The Executive will be furnished with the working facilities and staff customary for executive officers with the title and duties set forth in Section 1 and as are necessary for him to perform his duties. The location of such facilities and staff shall be at the principal administrative offices of the Company and the Bank, or at such other site or sites customary for such offices.
