Xxxxxx Revocable Trust. (b) Subject to Section 9.5(a), if a General Partner is an individual and he/she dies or becomes disabled, his/her General Partner interest shall automatically be converted into a Limited Partner interest, and his/her assignee or personal representative, as the case may be, shall cease to be a General Partner and shall only be a Limited Partner. The assignee or personal representative, as the case may be, shall execute and deliver such documents as may be necessary or desirable to consummate such conversion.
