Common use of XXXXX’X RATING Clause in Contracts

XXXXX’X RATING. (a) With respect to a Collateral Obligation that (A) is publicly rated by Xxxxx’x, such public rating, or (B) is not publicly rated by Xxxxx’x but for which a rating or rating estimate has been assigned by Xxxxx’x (including, without limitation, any such estimate based on Xxxxx’x RiskCalc; provided that such Collateral Obligation is eligible for a rating based on Xxxxx’x RiskCalc in accordance with terms thereof) upon the request of the Issuer or the Collateral Manager, such rating or, in the case of a rating estimate, the applicable rating estimate for such obligation.
