Stumps shall not exceed, on the side adjacent to the highest ground, the maximum heights set forth in A6, except that occasional stumps of greater heights are acceptable when Purchaser determines that they are necessary for safe and efficient conduct of logging. Unless otherwise agreed, Purchaser shall re-cut high stumps so they will not exceed heights specified in A6 and shall dispose of severed portions in the same manner as other logging debris.   • Incident Reporting and Client Risk Prevention An incident report shall be created and maintained at the AGENCY for the following: in the event the AGENCY’S staff or subcontractor becomes aware of an occurrence of any incident of injury to a client receiving program services through the COUNTY, requiring medical treatment by a licensed physician; any lawsuit entered into or against the AGENCY, all allegations of any kind of abuse, neglect, or exploitation of the AGENCY’S clients with the exception of those AGENCIES whose primary function is working with those that have been abused, neglected or exploited unless the allegation is against an AGENCY staff member; media coverage relating to the media expressing an interest in a case or issue concerning a client of the AGENCY or an employee on the AGENCY premises, a fire, hostage situation, bomb threat, epidemic or any circumstance which may impact the service provision. All occurrences shall be verbally communicated directly to COUNTY staff no later than 10:00 a.m. the following business day via telephone to the COUNTY. All incident reports shall be made available to the COUNTY upon request and maintained at the AGENCY. These reporting requirements shall in no way supersede the requirements for notification of allegations of abuse/neglect/exploitations to the State of Florida Abuse Hotline, as mandated in Chapter(s) 39 and 415, Florida Statutes.

  • PACKING AND MARKING Seller shall package all Goods shipped under this Order in accordance with the requirements in this Order, or, if requirements are not specified, in accordance with standard commercial practices customary for similar shipments. When shipping any Goods that are food or food packaging, Seller will ship the Goods under sanitary conditions using carriers suitable for the transport of such Goods that will not render the Goods contaminated with filth, injurious to health, or otherwise adulterated (e.g., carriers that have not been used to transport garbage, waste or other refuse). In each master carton or container in which Goods are shipped, Seller shall include a certificate of analysis, bill of lading, and packing list indicating this Order number, description, quantity, HSY item numbers, and other identifying information corresponding to the information in this Order. Seller shall clearly mark all packages in accordance with all applicable laws and shall label each unit of the Goods with the country of origin, weight, and name of manufacturer. Seller shall ensure that a receiving document/proof-of-delivery is issued to HSY for any shipment made to a third party location. All costs, fines or penalties incurred or assessed due to improper packing or marking will be Seller’s responsibility, and if paid by HSY, will be deducted from amounts owed to Seller. Seller will notify HSY of the number of packages, size, weight, method of protection during shipment and method of storage and protection upon arrival at destination.

  • Marketing and Outreach CONTRACTOR shall identify culturally and linguistically appropriate measures for reaching older adults in need of transportation and determine procedures for implementation of outreach, which may include, but is not limited to, brochures, flyers, and public presentations. In order to ensure effective collaboration and coordination of services, a CONTRACTOR shall be required to submit drafts of all printed materials related to outreach and marketing of OoA Senior Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Fixed-Price Per Mile Program services to OoA for approval before publication and dissemination.

  • Anti-dumping and Countervailing Measures 1. Each Party retains its rights and obligations under Article VI of GATT 1994, the AD Agreement, and the SCM Agreement regarding the application of anti-dumping and countervailing measures. 2. During any anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigation involving the Parties, the Parties agree to exchange all notifications, exporter/producer questionnaires, and information requirements2 in English. 3. Should a Party decide to impose an anti-dumping or countervailing duty, the amount of such duty shall not exceed the margin of dumping or subsidies, and the investigating Party shall endeavor to apply a duty which is less than the margin of dumping or subsidies, if such lesser duty would be adequate to remove the injury to the domestic industry. 4. Upon receipt by a Party's competent investigating authority of a properly documented countervailing duty application with respect to imports from the other Party, and before initiating an investigation, the Party shall provide written notification to the other Party of its receipt of the application and afford the other Party a meeting to consult with its competent investigating authority regarding the application, as provided for in Article 13 of the SCM Agreement. 5. Where a Party's competent investigating authority conducts an anti-dumping or countervailing duty investigation with respect to imports from the other Party, in addition to the notifications in accordance with the relevant provisions of the AD Agreement and the SCM Agreement, and independently of the notifications provided directly to the producers or exporters, it shall provide to the other Party written notification of the initiation of such investigation procedure, together with a copy of the exporter/producer questionnaire and the list of the known main exporters or producers. 6. The Party that received the notification in accordance with paragraph 5: (a) shall endeavor to send the list of producers and exporters of the good under investigation to the competent investigating authority of the other Party, together with their addresses, within 30 days; 2 The parties concerned shall provide all documents and information required by the competent investigating authority through the exporter/producer questionnaires and information requirements in the competent investigating authority's official national language. The competent investigating authority shall accept translations of such documents and information, as long as the translator's identification and signature are included. (b) shall endeavor to inform the exporters or producers, or the relevant trade or industrial associations of the good under investigation, of the information received from the competent investigating authority of the other Party; and (c) may collect responses of the exporters or producers to the questionnaire and send the collected responses to the competent investigating authority of the other Party by the due date specified in the questionnaire.

  • Labelling and Packaging C17.1 On dispatch of any consignment of the Goods the Contractor shall send the Authority an advice note specifying the means of transport, the place and date of dispatch, the number of packages and their weight and volume. The Goods shall be packed and marked in a proper manner.
