Xxxxx Reports. Xxxxx shall promptly provide Licensee with any reports produced by Xxxxx pursuant to Section 11.1(b)(i) and with updates summarizing data from studies of Immune Modulator when used alone as well as reporting trends in products that contain the Immune Modulator that may be related to Immune Modulator.

Xxxxx Reports. Recipient agrees to provide quarterly grant reports using forms provided by Best Friends. Quarterly reports will include: details on grant outcomes shelter statistics of the municipal shelter(s) impacted by the grant (if applicable) amount of funding spent to date With the final grant report, Recipient will provide any relevant success stories of animals helped through the program, or descriptions of how the grant has impacted the target community. Best Friends reserves the right to request detailed documentation on how the grant funds were spent (including receipts if requested).
Xxxxx Reports. Since January 1, 1990, Xxxxx has filed all material reports, registrations and statements, together with any required material amendments thereto, that it was required to file with (i) the Superintendent of Banking of the State of Iowa (the "Superintendent"), (ii) the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (the "FRB"), (iii) the FDIC, and (iv) any other federal, state, municipal, local or foreign government, securities, banking, other governmental or regulatory authority and the agencies and staffs thereof (the entities in the foregoing clauses (i) through (iv) together with the Office of Thrift Supervision ("OTS") being referred to herein collectively as the "Regulatory Authorities" and individually as a "Regulatory Authority"). All such reports and statements filed with any such Regulatory Authority are collectively referred to herein as the "Xxxxx Reports." As of its respective date, each Xxxxx Report complied in all material respects with all of the rules and regulations promulgated by the applicable Regulatory Authority and did not contain any untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state a material fact required to be stated therein or necessary in order to make the statements therein, in light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading.
Xxxxx Reports. Employees, who falsely report the need for Family Leave or otherwise deceive or attempt to deceive the University as to the need for Family Leave, shall be subject to disciplinary action up to termination of employment even for the first offense.
Xxxxx Reports. Within 90 days after the completion of the Project, Grantee shall submit the final Pay Request and Status Report to DOLA.
