Xxxxx Period. After payment of the first Dues, the Subscriber is entitled to a grace period of 30 days for the pay- ment of any Dues due. During this grace period, the Agreement will remain in force. However, the Sub- xxxxxxx will be liable for payment of Dues accruing during the period the Agreement continues in force.

If during a grace period written notice is given by the Employer to Blue Shield that the Contract or (subject to the consent of Blue Shield) any part of the Contract is to be discontinued before the expiration date of the grace period, the Contract or such part shall be discontinued as of the date specified by the Employer or the date of receipt of such written notice by Blue Shield, whichever is the later date, and the Employer shall be liable to Blue Shield for the full month's payment of Dues if discontinuance of coverage occurs on or after the 15th of the month. If discontinuance of coverage occurs prior to the 15th of the month then Dues payment will be waived and refunded to the group.

Xxxxx Period. This Contract has a 20-day grace period. This provision means that if any required Premium is not paid on or before the date it is due, it must be paid during the grace period. Acceptance of payment received after the grace period will be solely at AvMed’s discretion, and may be subject to late payment fees.
Xxxxx Period. This Agreement will take effect on the Execution Date and terminate 12 months thereafter (“Grant Period”) unless an extension is mutually agreed upon.

This provision means that if any required premium is not paid on or before the date it is due, it may be paid subsequently during the grace period. During the grace period, the contract will stay in force. If full payment is not received within the thirty (30) day grace period, coverage will be terminated effective the first day of the grace period. Subscriber will be liable for the cost of Dental Care Services received during the grace period.
Xxxxx Period i. If You do not Renew the Policy by the due dates specified in the Schedule of Insurance Certificate, You or any other eligible adult Insured Person may apply to Renew the Policy within the Grace Period of 30 days of the end of the Policy Period subjected to receipt of application and payment of premium from such Insured Person and evidence satisfactory to Us of the agreement of all other Insured Persons and You (except in case of death). If We accept such application and the premium for the Renewed Policy is paid on time, then the Policy shall be treated as having been Renewed without a break in cover.

The Contract will remain in force during the Grace Period; however, if payment is not received by the last day of the Grace Period, termination of this Contract for nonpayment of the Premium will be retroactive to 12:00 a.m. (midnight) on the last day for which the Premium was received by AvMed, unless Premium payment has otherwise been contractually adjusted and specified by the parties in a fully executed addendum to this Contract. Acceptance of payment received after the Grace Period shall be solely at AvMed’s discretion, and may be subject to late payment fees.

Xxxxx Period. In the event that any payment or distribution or portion of any payment or distribution to be made to the Executive hereunder cannot be characterized as a “short-term deferral” for purposes of Section 409A and is not otherwise exempt from the provisions of Section 409A, and the Executive is determined to be a “specified employee” under Section 409A, such portion of the payment shall be delayed until the earlier to occur of the Executive’s death or the date that is six (6) months after the Executive’s termination of employment with the Company and its subsidiaries (the “Delay Period”). Upon the expiration of the Delay Period, the payments delayed pursuant to this Section 4.C shall be paid to the Executive in a lump sum, and any remaining payments due under this Agreement shall be payable in accordance with their original payment schedule.
