Common use of Xxxxx of Attorney Clause in Contracts

Xxxxx of Attorney. The Program will accept a notarized Power of Attorney acting on behalf of a Purchaser (with acceptable documentation). The Program may request additional documentation if the Power of Attorney is drawn in another State and/or the 529 legal counsel requests it. It is the Purchaser's responsibility to notify the program if and when the Power of Attorney ends.
