Xxxxx and Hours. Highway runs or trips shall be paid for at the rate as set forth above per kilometer for kilometers driven from the departure point to the farthest delivery point and for return to the terminal. The applicable hourly rate shall be paid for time spent actually unloading the truck during deliveries, but there shall only be one (1) Driver on duty at the time of such deliveries. Each Sleeper Team Driver must keep a log, which accurately reflects the hours that he has worked. However, the total number of hours worked by both members of the Sleeper Team can be totaled together and payment for such hours can be equally divided between each member of the team.

  • WAGES AND HOURS Wage rates established at the beginning of the Work will not be changed without the approval of the Owner. The Work will be performed on a 40-hour week basis insofar as possible and no overtime will be worked without prior approval of the Owner. This Section shall not be applicable in the event that this Agreement provides for a lump-sum or unit price agreement for the Work.

  • WEEKEND AND HOLIDAY DELIVERIES Unless otherwise specified in the Bid Specifications or by an Authorized User, deliveries will be scheduled for ordinary business hours, Monday through Friday (excluding legal holidays observed by the State of New York). Deliveries may be scheduled by mutual agreement for Saturdays, Sundays or legal holidays observed by the State of New York where the Product is for daily consumption, an emergency exists, the delivery is a replacement, delivery is late, or other reasonable circumstance in which event the convenience of the Authorized User shall govern.

  • Opening hours The restaurant must inform Xxxxxx Xxx Ltd of its hours of operation (the “Opening Hours”), and of any changes to such Opening Hours. If the hours of operation are stated on the menu, Xxxxxx Xxx Ltd shall be entitles to treat these as the Opening Hours unless the Restaurant informs Xxxxxx Xxx Ltd otherwise.

  • OVERTIME AND HOLIDAYS 5.1 An Employer may require employees to perform work in excess of their regularly assigned hours. All time worked by an employee before and after his regular shift on Monday to Friday inclusive, except as provided in Article 4 and all hours worked on Saturday and Sunday shall be paid for at the rate of double time. Double time shall continue for all hours worked until the employee has had eight (8) consecutive hours off or longer if mutually agreed to by the employer and the employee.

  • Extra Hours (i) (a) Any additional hours beyond base hours shall be offered in a fair and impartial manner among "A" list part-time employees in the classification and in the geographical location in which the additional hours are required.   • Classroom Observation Classroom observations shall be conducted at least once for all unit members who have not met the threshold for reappointment as defined in Section 10.02 of Article10. Effective fall 2006 classroom observations shall be conducted on DCE form E3. Classroom observations may be conducted for any unit member, at the discretion of the President of the College, or designee thereof, for stated written reasons. Results of said observation shall be communicated to the unit member in writing. The unit member shall be afforded the opportunity to discuss the classroom observation with the evaluator and to respond in writing.
