Common use of Xxxx Clause in Contracts

Xxxx. A networked, mobile information tool using a device (“Device”) approved by Supra. During the Term, Supra may in its sole discretion approve additional Devices for use with the Service. Supra does not provide any warranty of the performance or availability of any Device.
