Xxxx Xxxxx Services. Many bill payment service providers will send a payment to a payee or payees as an electronic transaction. A payment authorized by you under a computer (or other electronic) bill-payment service is considered an electronic funds transfer unless the terms of the service explicitly state that all payments or all payments to a particular named payee will be solely by check or paper instrument. Your monthly statement will show your electronic bill payment transactions including the payee’s name.

Xxxx Xxxxx Services. The Xxx Bank Xxxx Xxxxx Service allows you to schedule bill payments through Online Banking or Telebank. You may pay any merchant or individual (vendor). It is your responsibility to provide complete and accurate information detailing the vendor and payment information. Should a payment be returned to the Bank for insufficient or inaccurate information, the payment amount will be re-deposited to your account. You will then be responsible for correcting the vendor/payment information before the payment can be processed again. By furnishing Lee Bank with the names of your merchants or individuals and their addresses, you authorize Lee Bank to follow the payment instructions to these vendors. When Xxx Bank receives a payment instruction (for the current or future date), they will remit funds to the vendor on your behalf, from the funds in your selected account on the day you have instructed them to be sent (Payment Date). However, Xxx Bank shall not be obligated to make any such payment unless your account and/or overdraft protection plan has sufficient funds or credit availability to pay the bill on the Payment Date. Funds for all bill payments will be withdrawn from your account ON THE DAY the payment is scheduled TO BE SENT TO THE PAYEE. NOTE: Any payments made with the Xxxx Xxxxx Service require sufficient time for your vendor to credit your account properly. To avoid incurring a finance charge or other charge, you must schedule a payment sufficiently in advance of the due date of your payment. When you schedule payments: PLEASE SCHEDULE THE PAYMENT AT LEAST 5 FULL BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE THE PAYMENT IS DUE AT YOUR VENDOR. Xxx Bank will not process a bill payment if:  there are insufficient funds or credit availability in your designated payment account and/or overdraft protection plan  a legal order directs us to prohibit withdrawals from the payment account  the payment account is closed or frozen  any part of the electronic fund transfer system is not working properly If Xxx Bank does not properly complete a bill payment on the day and for the amount directed by you, Lee Bank will pay any late fees or finance charges as long as your account was in good standing with the vendor prior to this incident. Xxxx Xxxxx Services. You must have an open Oregonians Credit Union checking account in good stand- ing and have access to Credit Union online banking service to use xxxx xxxxx services. Termination of online banking services will terminate xxxx xxxxx services. There are no monthly fees for using Credit Union xxxx pay regardless of the number of monthly payments. We have contracted with a third party vendor to provide the Xxxx Xxxxx Services and you authorize us to utilize any xxxx xxxxx vendor we designate to provide the Xxxx Xxxxx Services to you on our behalf. You may request the Xxxx Xxxxx Services by signing a request form in our office; sending us a request by email from an email address that we have on record for you; or via online banking. Your utilization of the Service binds you to the terms of this Agreement. We reserve the right to verify your identity via direct contact or by other means.

  • Customer Services Customer Relationship Management (CRM): All aspects of the CRM process, including planning, scheduling, and control activities involved with service delivery. The service components facilitate agencies’ requirements for managing and coordinating customer interactions across multiple communication channels and business lines. Customer Preferences: Customizing customer preferences relative to interface requirements and information delivery mechanisms (e.g., personalization, subscriptions, alerts and notifications).

  • TRANSPORT SERVICES Upon the conclusion of such multilateral negotiations, the Parties shall conduct a review for the purpose of discussing appropriate amendments to this Agreement so as to incorporate the results of such multilateral negotiations.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.   • EFT SERVICES If approved, you may conduct any one (1) or more of the EFT services offered by the Credit Union.

  • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are in the SLA. The remedies above are Customer’s sole remedies for breach of the warranties in this section. Customer waives any breach of warranty claims not made during the warranty period.

  • STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES The Parties will identify and collaborate on measures to assist those students who may not be performing satisfactorily to succeed. The School will seek guidance from the College designee(s) in the areas of test preparation, tutoring, College Connection services, academic advising, and the development of an integrated support system for Students across the two institutions. Students will have access to the same or similar tutoring and other academic support as provided for other students in the School District, School and College. To promote academic success, the Parties will provide academic support services as may be needed. The School counselor and its designee will work to ensure Students receive pertinent information regarding higher education, financial assistance, and assistance waivers for tuition and fees. As needed, each Party will assist families as they complete initial application and admission requirements per the respective organizations’ processes. The School District will be responsible for non-academic counseling services and the College is authorized, but not required, to provide emergency counseling intervention services. See section 4 – Disability Support Services.
