Xxxx Payment Service. You can arrange, at your option, for the payment of your current, future and recurring bills from your designated Xxxx Pay Account. For Xxxx Payment Service, your Payee list may include utility companies, merchants, financial institutions, insurance companies, individuals, etc. within the United States whom you wish to pay through Xxxx Payment Service. You must include the full name of the Payee and a complete mailing address and telephone number for each Payee, along with your account number with the Payee, the amount of the Payment, and whether the Payment is recurring. The Financial Institution reserves the right to decline to make Payments to certain persons and entities. You agree that any Payment for taxes, Payments that are court-ordered, government payments and Payments outside of the United States are prohibited and you agree that you will not attempt to use the Service to make these types of Payments. On recurring Payments, it is the responsibility of you or your designated authorized users to update Payee account information as necessary to ensure receipt of payment. Payments are posted against your ledger balance, plus the available credit on your overdraft protection, if any, or other line of credit.

Xxxx Payment Service. INTRODUCTION Our Service enables you to schedule one-time payments or recurring payments to designated persons or entities, and to receive certain electronic bills for such payments. We provide the Service to you through one or more third-party service providers, including Fiserv Solutions, Inc. and its affiliates. Our third-party service providers are not parties to this Agreement. We are the sole party responsible to you for any payments you make through the Service, and for any liability that attaches in connection with the Service. Our third-party service providers shall be third party beneficiaries of this Agreement and will be entitled to all the rights and protections (including all limitations of liability) that this Agreement and the online banking services agreement provides to us, including without limitation in connection with their recovery of Payment Amounts that you may owe to them as described below. Our third-party service providers are subject to change without prior notice to you. This Agreement does not alter your liability or obligations that currently exist between you and your Billers. This Agreement governs use of the Service by both consumer customers and business customers. Business customers should refer to the section entitled “Business Accounts” which identifies certain provisions of this Agreement that do not apply to business customers. Any person acting to accept this Agreement and enroll you in the Service on your behalf hereby personally represents and warrants to us that he or she is duly expressly authorized by you to do so.

Xxxx Payment Service. The Xxxx Payment service or "Xxxx Pay" is an optional electronic payment system that permits you to initiate and authorize payments from your account(s) to payees, which you have selected in advance, to receive payments by means of this service (a "payee" is a person, organization, or business you are paying). To participate in Xxxx Pay, you must: be a customer in good standing, have an account with Gold Coast Bank, and have access to our Online Banking service. The Xxxx Pay service can be accessed only via Online Banking and is a separate service made available to you after your enrollment online and Financial Institution approval of that enrollment. Participation in Xxxx Pay is voluntary and may incur service charges per Schedule A as amended. In participation of Xxxx Pay and in providing the Service with names and account information of Billers to whom you wish to direct payments, you authorize us to follow the Payment Instructions received through the Service. In order to process payments more efficiently and effectively, our Service Provider may edit or alter payment data or data formats in accordance with Xxxxxx directives. When the Service receives a Payment Instruction, you authorize our Xxxx Payment Service Provider to debit your Payment Account and remit funds on your behalf so that the funds arrive as close as reasonably possible to the Scheduled Payment Date designated by you. You also authorize our Service Provider to credit your Payment Account for payments returned to the Service by the United States Postal Service or Xxxxxx, or payments remitted to you on behalf of another authorized user of the service. Our Xxxx Payment Service Provider reserves the right to select the method in which funds are remitted on your behalf to the Xxxxxx. These payment methods may include, but may not be limited to, an electronic payment or an electronic to check payment. You may cancel or edit any Scheduled Payment (if processing has not begun) by following the directions within the Service. There is no charge for canceling or editing a Scheduled Payment. However, once the Service has begun processing a Scheduled Payment, it cannot be cancelled or edited; therefore, a stop payment request must be submitted, as described within this Agreement. The ability of this Financial Institution and its Service Provider to process a stop payment on a Xxxx Payment request will depend on the payment method and whether or not a check has cleared. Xxxx Payment Service. As part of the Dalhart Federal Savings Online Banking, you can schedule payment of your periodic bills. You can arrange for the payment of current, future and recurring bills from your Dalhart Federal Savings & Loan Association, SSB "checking account". There is no limit to the number of payments that may be authorized. You may pay any merchant or individual approved by Dalhart Federal Savings & Loan Association, SSB. By furnishing us with the names of your payees/merchants and their addresses, you authorize us to follow the payment instructions to these payees/merchants that you provide through Online Banking. When we receive a payment instruction (for current or future date), we will remit funds to the payee on your behalf, from your designated checking account, on the day you have instructed the payment to be sent (Payment Date). However, we shall not be obligated to make any such payment unless your account and/or overdraft protection plan has sufficient funds or credit availability to pay the xxxx on the Payment Date. Funds for ALL xxxx payments made by check will be withdrawn from your account on the DAY the check item clears your account. NOTE: Any payments made through Xxxx Payment require sufficient time for your payee to credit your account properly. To avoid incurring a finance charge or other charge, you must schedule a payment far enough in advance of the due date of your payment. Dalhart Federal Savings & Loan Association SSB shall not be responsible for any charges imposed or any other action taken by a payee resulting from a payment that you have not scheduled properly, including any applicable finance charges and late fees. Xxxx Payment Service. The Xxxx Payment Service permits you to use your Internet-enabled device to direct payment from your designated Xxxx Pay Account to third parties you wish to pay. Your Xxxx Pay Account must be a checking account. Through the Xxxx Payment Service, you can pay bills from your Xxxx Pay Account to businesses and individuals. All payments you make will be deducted from the account you designate as your Xxxx Pay Account for the Xxxx Payment Service. Any payments you wish to make through this service must be payable in US Dollars to a payee located in the continental United States. We reserve the right to restrict types of payees to whom payment may be made using the Xxxx Payment Service from time to time. You should not use the Xxxx Payment Service to make payments to settle securities purchases, payment to interest bearing accounts, tax payments or court ordered payments. Payments to these payees will be your sole responsibility if delayed or improperly processed or credited. Funds must be available in your Xxxx Pay Account on the scheduled payment date. If the date you schedule a payment to initiate falls on a non-business day (Saturday, Sunday or Holiday), funds must be available in your Xxxx Pay Account the following business day (e.g. Monday). After the funds are withdrawn from your Xxxx Pay Account to make a payment, we may make the payment either by transferring funds electronically to the payee or by mailing the payee a check. You may choose to schedule a payment to recur in the same amount on a regular weekly, monthly, or semi-monthly basis. When you create a new payee in the Xxxx Payment Service, it has a temporary status until we have had sufficient time to set up the account and for your business payee to verify information about your account. You should schedule a payment to a new payee at least ten (10) business days before any payment due date, to allow us time to set up the payee and verify information about your account with the payee. For all subsequent payments, you agree to allow at least three (3) business for electronic payments and five (5) business days for check payments between the date you schedule a payment to be initiated and the payment due date (this is, the due date shown on your invoice or provided in your agreement with the payee, not taking into account any applicable grace period).
