Xxxx Payment. We will process xxxx payment transfer requests only to those creditors the Credit Union has designated in the User Instructions and such creditors as you authorize and for whom the Credit Union has the proper vendor code number. We will not process any xxxx payment transfer if the required transaction information is incomplete. We will withdraw the designated funds from your share draft account for xxxx payment transfer by the designated cutoff time on the date you schedule for payment. We will process your xxxx payment transfer within a designated number of days before the date you schedule for payment. You must allow sufficient time for vendors to process your payment after they receive a transfer from us. Please leave as much time as though you were sending your payment by mail. We cannot guarantee the time that any payment will be credited to your account by the vendor. The following limitations on Xxxx Payment transactions may apply: - There is no limit on the number of xxxx payments per day.

However, you may not use Xxxx Payment services to (a) pay taxes or make other payments to governmental agencies, (b) pay court-directed alimony or support or (c) make payments to payees outside of the United States or U.S. territory. • Additional information and limitations, including cut-off times and vendor information are set forth within the Credit Union’s Service Agreement for Online Banking Services and related user instructions. These materials will be available to you online at the time you request services. The Credit Union reserves the right to refuse any transaction which would draw upon insufficient funds, exceed a credit limit, lower an account below a required balance, or otherwise require us to increase our required reserve on the account. We may refuse to honor any transaction for which you do not have sufficient available verified funds. The service will discontinue if no transaction is entered after numerous unsuccessful attempts to enter a transaction, and there may be limits on the duration of each access.
Xxxx Payment. If you have chosen this option, any individual authorized to do so on your account may make payments from a checking account(s) you have designated for xxxx payment. Your payments will be made either electronically to the person or business you are paying (the "payee") or by sending the payee a paper check. Electronic Transactions (ACH) You and your authorized users may collect payments, pay bills, initiate direct deposit payroll, and deposit checks electronically. Electronic transactions are sent through the Automated Clearing House “ACH” and must be submitted to online business banking by the specified cut- off time for processing the same business day. Cut-off times can be found on the EFSB Online Business Banking website. Stop Payments Your stop payment requests must follow the procedures and specifications we establish for this service. You must provide us with timely, complete and accurate information on:  The number of the account against which the item is drawn;  The date of the item;  The item number; and  The exact amount (dollars and cents) of the item Complete accuracy is essential since stop payment orders are processed by computers operating on the basis of precise data. If any of the required information is incomplete or incorrect, we will not be responsible for failing to complete the order. Stop payment requests, which cover a range of checks that are missing or stolen, may be processed by us without regard to the dollar amount. A stop payment order becomes effective when we confirm its receipt and have verified that the item has not been paid. We will not be able to verify this immediately for items paid more than 90 days prior to your request. Stop payment orders are in effect for six months and can be renewed after the 6‐month period upon your written request. Failure to renew the stop payment order may result in the item being paid. From time to time, our systems may be inoperable. If that occurs, you may transmit stop payment orders by telephone instruction. You are advised that under applicable state law, stopping payment on a check may not relieve you of your obligation to pay the check. Xxxx Payment. A client can only make a xxxx payment from Accounts that are available via the Services for this purpose. If a client gives an instruction, including a future-dated instruction, to make a xxxx payment from an Account, the client acknowledges that although funds will be withdrawn from their Account on the date they instruct, the xxxxxx may not receive the xxxx payment amount on the date the funds were withdrawn. It is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure that their xxxx payments are requested so that there is sufficient time prior to their due date to be processed by Alterna and by the xxxxxx. Alterna is not responsible for any disputes a client may have with a xxxxxx including if that xxxxxx (i) does not credit the client for a xxxx payment for whatever reason, (ii) charges the client fees, interest, or penalties, or (iii) does not supply goods or services purchased or the goods or services are not suitable. The client must make sure that all information Alterna requires (including, but not always limited to, account numbers and payee names) to complete any xxxx payment instruction is accurate. Alterna may, without notice, update such payee information if that xxxxxx tells Alterna of a change or if Alterna deem it to be necessary. Alterna may, without notice, decline or refuse to act on an instruction given or purported to be given by a client, including if Alterna believe that a client or the recipient of any xxxx payment or any transfer utilizing Interac® e-Transfer Services is engaging in fraudulent, unlawful or improper activity, or that an error or mistake has occurred.
Xxxx Payment. This section governs Xxxx Payment, if you choose to use Xxxx Payment. Xxxx Payment is provided by Bank to you through a third party service provider, Fidelity National Information Services ("FIS"). FIS processes xxxx payments and will provide certain customer service assistance. Details and instructions concerning use of Xxxx Payment are available at the Website.
Xxxx Payment. Xxxx Payment permits you to schedule payments to Payees. By using Xxxx Payment, you authorize us to process the payments and other transactions you request from time to time through use of Xxxx Payment. You also authorize us to debit your Payment Account(s) in accordance with this Agreement. This Agreement does not alter your liability or obligations that currently exist between you and your Payees. We reserve the right to refuse to permit you to use Xxxx Payment to pay any Payee. We may, at our option and in our sole discretion, remit, stop, cancel and manage payments, cancel payments, refuse to permit you to use Xxxx Payment, or terminate your right to do so at any time.
