Xxxx of Lading. The Xxxx of Lading must clearly indicate the complete name of the recipient – HS Wrocław sp. z o.o. in Wrocław and be suitable for the type of transport (for example: CMR or AWB).
Xxxx of Lading. Carrier shall issue a xxxx of lading, in a form furnished by Broker or Broker's customer at the option of the Broker, for all property it receives for transportation under this Contract. Failure to issue or sign a xxxx of lading shall not affect Carrier's liability. The xxxx of lading shall be evidence of receipt of the described property by Carrier in good order and kind, quantity and condition except as noted on its face. To the extent that language contained in the xxxx of lading is in conflict or inconsistent with the terms and condition of this Contract, this Contract shall prevail. Carrier agrees that the xxxx of lading shall be for the sole purpose of, and function solely as, a receipt for the goods and shall not itself constitute a contract between Carrier and Broker or between Carrier and either the person tendering the goods to it or the person receiving the goods from Carrier. The xxxx of lading shall note that the shipment was transported by Carrier acting as a Carrier and that transportation for the shipment was arranged by Broker. The name of Broker or Broker's customer shall be inserted in the blank for the shipper, and the name of the receiver shall be inserted in the blank for the consignee. The xxxx of lading is to be signed by Carrier upon receipt of the shipment and will show the kind, quantity and condition of the commodities received and delivered by Carrier at the loading and unloading points. When Broker has assembled multiple shipments into carload or truckload lots, the list of underlying shippers and consignees will be attached as an appendix to the xxxx of lading.
Xxxx of Lading. The Contractor shall issue a xxxx of lading, also referred to herein as a “Delivery Ticket,” to the Authorized User after the bulk motor fuel product has been delivered into the Authorized User’s tank(s). The Contractor shall not include any other terms and conditions applicable to OFMS or any Authorized User on the xxxx of lading, and if they are so included, they shall be deemed null and void by the Contractor. The delivery ticket must minimally include the account information of the Authorized User, the order number, the type of bulk motor fuel product delivered, the volume ordered. For those deliveries made by tank wagon truck the delivery ticket shall include the total volume delivered in gross gallons. For those deliveries made by transport truck, the Contractor shall also include the terminal from which the fuel is pulled from as well as the total volume delivered in both gross and net gallons.
Xxxx of Lading. Each shipment will be evidenced by a xxxx of lading issued by the receiving facility. Carrier is responsible for submitting Xxxx of Lading to Elder Freight Dispatching LLC immediately upon receipt.
Xxxx of Lading. Is the official document, issued at the loading port after completion of the loading operations, stating the ship's loaded quantity expressed in US barrels (bbl). This document has to be signed in original by the ship's Master and made out in accordance with the instructions hereinafter specified in this contract agreement.
Xxxx of Lading. The xxxx of lading with respect to each shipment shall conspicuously identify (i) that the shipments were transported by carrier, acting as a carrier, and (ii) that shipment was arranged by Broker, acting as a broker. The name of the underlying shipper shall be inserted in the blank for the shipper and the name of the consignee shall be inserted in the blank for the consignee. This Agreement shall constitute the contract of carriage. The terms of the xxxx of lading are subordinate to the terms of this Agreement, and, in the event of a conflict between such xxxx of lading and this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall govern.
Xxxx of Lading. For all goods shipped, you will be required to prepare all necessary waybills/bills of lading to include the Purchase Order number, Seller style/stock number, quantity ordered, quantity shipped, and destination address. All such documents are subject to Section 12, below.
Xxxx of Lading. Carrier and SPS recognize and acknowledge that an accepted practice of the transportation industry is the preparation of bills of lading by companies tendering goods for transportation by carriers, and the tender of bills of lading to carriers at points of origin of shipments. Each shipment shall be evidenced by a xxxx of lading or other receipt ("Xxxx of Lading"). Such Xxxx of Lading or receipt is to be signed by Carrier and will show the kind, condition and quantity of Commodities received and delivered by Carrier at the loading and unloading points. A Xxxx of Lading shall be evidence of receipt of the Commodities by Carrier in good order and condition or as may be otherwise noted on the face of such receipt. In the event and to the extent of a conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and the terms, conditions, and provisions of a Xxxx of Lading, the terms, conditions and provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and govern for all purposes.
Xxxx of Lading. A legal document between the USP Shipper of a particular good and Carrier detailing the type, quantity and destination of the good being transported. This document must accompany the shipped goods and must be signed by an authorized representative from the Carrier and the USP Shipper. The Xxxx of Lading can serve as a Proof of Delivery when the goods are delivered to the predetermined destination and signed for by the consignee.
Xxxx of Lading. The bill of lading number is required to be furnished to the ISF Agent for the ISF for each shipment at the lowest bill of lading level down to the house bill of lading.
