XXXX Goal 10. This Case Study was developed under a Cooperative Agreement with NIOSH in support of the National Occupational Research Agenda (XXXX), Goal 10. Goal 10 is concerned with improving understanding of how construction industry factors relate to injury and illness outcomes; and increasing the sharing and use of industry-wide practices, policies, and partnerships that improve safety and health performance (NIOSH, 2013). More specifically, the aim of XXXX Goal 10.1 is to: Analyze how construction industry complexity and fragmentation can affect safety and health performance. Evaluate safety roles, responsibilities, interactions, and oversight among the multiple parties involved with complex construction projects.   • Attainment on Performance Indicators The District will be responsible for overseeing the academic programs offered in its schools and ensuring that those programs meet or exceed state and local expectations for levels of attainment on the statewide performance indicators, as specified in 1 CCR 301-1.

  • PERCENTAGE GOAL The goal for Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) participation in the work to be performed under this contract is 23.7 % of the contract amount.

  • Contract Goals A. For purposes of this procurement, OGS conducted a comprehensive search and determined that the Contract does not offer sufficient opportunities to set goals for participation by MWBEs as subcontractors, service providers, or suppliers to Contractor. Contractor is, however, encouraged to make every good faith effort to promote and assist the participation of MWBEs on this Contract for the provision of services and materials.   • Performance Levels (a) The Performance Levels which apply to the performance by the respective Parties of their obligations under this Agreement are set out in Part 1 of Schedule 5. A failure by either Party to achieve the relevant Performance Level will not constitute a breach of this Agreement and the only consequences of such failure as between the Parties shall be the consequences set out in this Clause 5.6.
