Xxxx Change. Xxxx changes are available if the employee indicated to the Superintendent/ designee in writing by submitting the Personnel Action Request form before June 1 of the previous school term his/her intent to complete additional degrees and/or graduate credits before the beginning of the school term or before the first day of work after winter break. Verification by official transcripts are to be completed by December 1st, placement retroactive to the beginning of the school year, or March 1st, placement retroactive to the first day of work after winter break. An employee shall be eligible for lateral salary matrix movement once annually. Tentative confirmation of the status of any lane change request will be issued to the employee on or before the last day of school. The employee shall not have their eligibility for lateral matrix movement disapproved if the university is not complying with a written request for transcripts to be sent.
Xxxx Change. We can switch your reservation to another date if a cabin is available on those days and if you notify us of this change at least 20 days before your scheduled arrival date. If your arrival date is less than 20 days away, we may be unable to make the change. Please call us to double-check.
Xxxx Change. United may from time to time change the Marks to be used for United Express Carriers. At any time during the term of this Agreement, and in the sole discretion of United, Contractor may be required to use such new or different Marks, external or internal color decors and patterns on its aircraft and uniform design as United may determine and to discontinue use of old marks, external and internal color decors and patterns, and uniform designs. Upon written notice from United, which will include the specifications for any such changes in Marks or exterior or interior aircraft decor and patterns or uniform designs, Contractor will effect such changes in accordance with the schedule mutually agreed to by the parties. United will pay all costs incurred in complying with the requirements established in this paragraph.

Xxxx Change. RB hereby acknowledges that EM has changed its name from Elevate@Work, LLC to Elastic Marketing, LLC. Accordingly, all references to "E@W" in the Original Agreement are hereby revised to read "EM."

Seller agrees that from and after the Closing, Seller shall cease, and shall cause any of its affiliates to cease, using the names “RAN”, “RAN CoPacking”, and “RANCO” and any substantially similar names which would reasonably be likely to lead to consumer confusion of an affiliation with Buyer, any of its affiliates, the Business, or activities engaged in by Buyer or any of its affiliates. Seller further agree that as soon as practicable, but in no event later than five (5) days after the Closing, Seller shall take all such action as may be necessary to amend its articles of organization and operating agreement to change the name of Seller such that it ceases to refer to the name “RAN”, “RAN CoPacking”, or “RANCO”.

Xxxx Change. The Buyer acknowledges that International Aero Engines LLC was formerly known as Xxxxx and Whitney in the Agreement. Any reference to “Xxxxx and Xxxxxxx” in the Agreement should be read as “International Aero Engines, LLC” or “IAE,LLC”.
Xxxx Change. CHEA may give notice of at least 30 days of a rent change proposed to take place during the term of this contract. The Resident will give at least 27 days notice if they choose to terminate. In the event of a rent change, CHEA will have the option of offering a new contract at the new rates, or of maintaining the rent at the level stated herein and maintaining this contract in full force and effect.
