Xxxx and Charges. (1) A schedule of all fees of the Authority, and all other charges which the Authority is entitled to make, in relation to its functions as an International Searching Authority and International Preliminary Examining Authority, is set out in Annex D to this Agreement.
Xxxx and Charges. As consideration for the Supplier’s performance obligations and any additional products and services provided hereunder to an Authorized User in accordance with the scope of this Contract and the Requirements, as authorized by Exhibit A, and per the Authorized User’s order or SOW, an Authorized User shall pay Supplier the fee(s) set forth on Exhibit B, which lists any and all fees and charges. The fees and any associated discounts shall be applicable throughout the term of this Contract; provided, however, that in the event the fees or discounts apply for any period less than the entire term, Supplier agrees that it shall not increase the fees more than once during any twelve (12) month period, commencing at the end of year one (1). No such increase shall exceed the lesser of three percent (3%) or the annual increase in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U), U.S. City Average, All Items, Not Seasonally Adjusted, as published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics of the Department of Labor (xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/cpi/home.htm), for the effective date of the increase compared with the same index one (1) year prior. Any such change in price shall be submitted in writing to VITA and to the Authorized User if such change impacts any SOW or order and in accordance with the above and shall not become effective for sixty (60) days thereafter. Supplier agrees to offer price reductions to ensure compliance with the Competitive Pricing Section.
Xxxx and Charges. The Credit Union does not assess a charge for using Online Services to access your accounts. Fees, if any, that we may charge for any specific services used (for instance, BillPay or Mobile Check Deposit) or for any transactions you make are disclosed in our Service Fees and Terms disclosure included in our Account Rules and Regulations, or in our loan documents, as applicable. The Credit Union reserves the right to charge for your use of Online Services, or to change fees for any transactions you make or services you use, after giving you any notice required by law or regulation. You understand and acknowledge that other agreements you may have with unaffiliated third-party providers may include fees or charges, as well as limitations and restrictions, which might impact or relate to your use of some or all of the services available through Online Services. For instance, your mobile service carrier or provider may impose data usage fees or charge you for text messages when you receive and send text messages with us. You agree to be solely responsible for all such fees and charges.

Xxxx and Charges a) All fees and charges as stated in the Management Regulation of the Fund Management Entity shall be subject to modification as per above Article 4d). The Fund Management Entity shall provide the Applicant or account owner (if applicable) with one month’s advance notice or any shorter period of any such modifications.

Xxxx and Charges. There are certain charges for electronic funds transfer services, and you hereby agree to pay them. We may deduct such fees and charges directly from any of your accounts. From time to time, the fees and charges may be changed. We will notify you of any changes as required by applicable law. Refer to our Rate and Fee Schedule for current information as to those fees and charges.

In consideration for the Supplier’s performance obligations under this Contract, an Authorized User shall pay Supplier the fee(s) owed pursuant to the schedule of fees and charges as set forth on Exhibit B attached to this Contract. Supplier will only be entitled to those fees owed for Supplier’s performance obligations and any additional Products and Services provided to an Authorized User in accordance with the scope of this Contract and the Requirements, as authorized by Exhibit A, and per the Authorized User’s order or SOW. The fees, and any associated discounts, will be applicable throughout the Term of this Contract unless modified pursuant to the terms and conditions below. In the event the fees or discounts apply for any period less than the entire Term, Supplier agrees that it will not increase the fees during the first twelve (12) month period following the Effective Date, and will not increase the fees more than once in any subsequent twelve (12) month period thereafter. No increase in fee amounts will exceed the lesser of three percent (3%) or the annual increase in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U), U.S. City Average, All Items, Not Seasonally Adjusted, as published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics of the Department of Labor (xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/cpi/home.htm) for the period ending 60 to 90 days prior to the effective date of the increase compared with the same index one (1) year prior. Supplier must submit any change in price in writing to VITA and to the Authorized User if the change impacts any SOW or order and in accordance with the above and will not become effective for 60 calendar days thereafter. Supplier agrees to offer price reductions to ensure compliance with the “Competitive Pricing” section of this Contract below.
Xxxx and Charges. Currently, we do not charge fees for Online Banking. However, we may charge the fees set forth in agreements, disclosures or fee schedules for particular banking products or Accounts (e.g. overdraft fee), even if the fee results from the use of Online Banking. For Bill Pay fees, see Section V.E. We reserve the right to add or change the fees for Online Banking after sending you notice in accordance with this Agreement and any applicable law. You agree that we may deduct all such fees from any Account that is a deposit account. You are responsible for Internet service fees you incurred in connection with use of Online Banking.
