Written Policies. For the purposes of clarification concerning a specific written policy which affects employees within the CLAC bargaining unit, the Union may request in writing a copy of said policy from the Employer. In addition, a copy of any new or amended written policy that directly affects employees within the bargaining unit will be provided to the Union in advance of implementation.
