Written Notice Any notice, demand, direction or instruction to be given to the Depositor, Evaluator or Supervisor hereunder shall be in writing and shall be duly given if mailed or delivered to the Depositor, 2455 Corporate West Drive, Lisle, Illinois 60532, or at such other adxxxxx xx xxxxx xx xxxxxxxxx xx xxx Xxxxxxxxx xx the other parties hereto in writing.
Written Notices All copies of written notices relating to a violation of a Local, State, or Federal law including, without limitation, environmental laws relating to land use, zoning compliance, or building codes;
Written Notification Failing settlement at this level, the Union shall in writing notify the Employer of the alleged discrepancy and the names of the employees involved, and the period of time that such discrepancy is claimed to cover. Upon receipt of such written notice, the Employer agrees to promptly furnish the representative of the Union wage data pertaining to the alleged wage discrepancy.
Providing Notice of Breaches 8.1 If Covered Entity determines that an impermissible acquisition, access, use or disclosure of PHI for which one of Business Associate’s employees or agents was responsible constitutes a Breach as defined in 45 CFR § 164.402, and if requested by Covered Entity, Business Associate shall provide notice to the individual(s) whose PHI has been the subject of the Breach. When requested to provide notice, Business Associate shall consult with Covered Entity about the timeliness, content and method of notice, and shall receive Covered Entity’s approval concerning these elements. Notice of Schedule For any NEO that takes place on a regular, recurring schedule, the sponsoring Department shall be responsible for providing annual notice to the Union. For NEOs that are not offered on a regular, recurring schedule, the sponsoring Department shall provide no less than ten (10) business days’ notice. Said notices shall be provided by email, to the Union NEO Coordinator. This requirement shall apply to all NEOs in which City personnel provide newly-hired employees with information regarding employment status, rights, benefits, duties, responsibilities, or any other employment-related matters.
CAFA Notice Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1715, not later than ten (10) days after the Agreement is filed with the Court, the Settlement Administrator shall cause to be served upon the Attorneys General of each U.S. State in which Settlement Class members reside, the Attorney General of the United States, and other required government officials, notice of the proposed settlement as required by law, subject to Paragraph 5.1 below.
Notice of Vacancy The notice for a vacancy shall contain: the job title; the salary range if below the present level 31 (Amherst) or 34 (Boston); a description of the position; the bona fide occupational requirements; the shift (where appropriate); the location; the closing date for applications; and, if the position is grant-funded or contract-funded, the termination date of the position, if known. A copy of the notice shall be provided to the Union.
RECEIPT OF WRITTEN NOTICE Department and Concessionaire agree that the receipt of a written notice is considered five (5) calendar days after the date on the said written notice.
Notice of Agreement 1. The Institutions agree to provide a copy of this Agreement, with any amendments, to the Maryland Higher Education Commission.
