Written Modification. 1. No modification of this Agreement shall be binding upon any party to this Agreement unless it is reduced to writing and is signed by a duly authorized representative of each party to this Agreement.
Written Modification. No amendment or modification of this Lease is valid or binding unless in writing and executed by the parties.

Unless otherwise provided for in this Contract, no modification of this Contract shall be binding upon either party unless it is reduced to writing and is signed by a duly authorized representative of each party. Except as provided herein, any alterations, variations, modifications or waivers of provisions of this Contract shall only be valid when they have been reduced to writing, duly signed by the legally authorized representatives of both parties, and attached to the original of this Contract.
Written Modification. This Agreement may not be modified or changed except by an instrument in writing duly executed by all the parties hereto.

However, the deadlines for submitting data and reports to Plaintiffs’ counsel pursuant to Section III.G above may be modified by written consent of Plaintiffs and MassHealth, or their respective counsel.

This Agreement may only be varied or modified by a written agreement signed by duly authorized representatives of all of the Parties hereto; provided, however, that the material terms of the Binding Term Sheet shall be confirmed by a subsequent written agreement signed by duly authorized representatives of Tekmira and AlCana.
