Common use of Written Information Clause in Contracts

Written Information. For all purposes under this Agreement (including, without limitation, Section 1, Section 3 and Section 7 hereof), the Offerors understand and agree with each of the Underwriters that the only written information furnished to the Offerors by the Underwriters specifically for use in preparation of the Registration Statement, any Preliminary Prospectus, the Prospectus, or any amendment or supplement thereto is under the caption "Underwriting" in the Preliminary Prospectus and the Prospectus.
