Common use of WRITTEN CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

WRITTEN CONTRACT. 3 L. CONTRACTOR shall notify COUNTY in writing within thirty (30) calendar days of any policy 4 cancellation and within ten (10) calendar days for non-payment of premium and provide a copy of the 6 breach of CONTRACTOR’s obligation hereunder and ground for COUNTY to suspend or terminate 7 this Contract.

WRITTEN CONTRACT. 3 25 L. CONTRACTOR shall notify COUNTY in writing within thirty (30) calendar days of any policy 4 26 cancellation and within ten (10) calendar days for non-payment of premium and provide a copy of the 6 27 cancellation notice to COUNTY.
