Written Complaints. Within ten (10) workdays, the District shall notify a unit member 16 when a formal complaint is filed by a member of the public or another employee. Said 17 complaint shall be investigated by the unit member's site administrator. 18 If the site administrator determines the complaint to be false, it shall be disregarded or 19 amended to reflect the facts. Information from unidentified complainants shall not 20 adversely affect a unit member's evaluation.
