Written Assignment. The Board agrees to honour a written assignment of all dues and assessments and will forward all moneys so deducted to the Treasurer of the Union. The Union agrees to supply the Board with a letter stating that the assessment was duly authorized at a general meeting with the date of the meeting indicated.
Written Assignment. A duly executed and acknowledged written instrument of assignment shall have been filed with the Partnership, which instrument shall set forth the name of the assignor; the name, address and social security or identification number of the Assignee; the details of the assignment; the number of Units being assigned and the intention of the assignor that the Assignee become a Substituted Limited Partner in the assignor's place and stead to the extent of the assigned Units. 9.5.1.2
Written Assignment. A duly executed and acknowledged written instrument of assignment shall have been filed with the Company, which instrument shall specify the number of Units in the Company being assigned, and which instrument sets forth the intention of the assignor that the Assignee succeed to the assignor’s Units as a Substituted Member in such assignor’s place;
Written Assignment. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, both the Partnership and the General Partners shall be entitled to treat the assignor of a Partnership Interest as the absolute owner thereof in all respects, and shall incur no liability for distributions made in good faith to such assignor, until such time as a written assignment that conforms to the requirements of this Section 13.02 has been received by the Partnership and accepted by the Managing General Partners. (e) Assignee not Substituted Limited Partner. A Person who is the assignee of all or any fraction of the Partnership Interest of a Limited Partner, but does not become a Substituted Limited Partner and desires to make a further assignment of such Partnership Interest, shall be subject to all the provisions of this Article 13 to the same extent and in the same manner as any Limited Partner desiring to make an assignment of such Limited Partner's Partnership Interest.
Written Assignment. During the term of this Agreement, the Hospital will deduct Association membership dues, service fees, or charitable donations from the salary of each Nurse who submits an appropriate written authorization. Once signed, the authorization cannot be canceled for a period of one (1) year from the date appearing on such written assignment or the termination date of this Agreement, whichever occurs first, and provided further, that it cannot be canceled during the fifteen (15) day period prior to such termination date.
Written Assignment. The assignor and assignee shall have executed and acknowledged a written instrument of assignment, together with such other instruments as the Manager may deem necessary or desirable to effect the admission of the assignee as a Member.
Written Assignment. If this Agreement is transferred to the transferee of the Home, pursuant to (ii) above, the Homeowner, the transferee and the Company shall execute a written assignment of this Agreement. Until the transferee has executed the assignment of this Agreement, the Homeowner shall remain responsible for performing under this Agreement. If Homeowner (or the transferee) chooses to buy the PV System, it will pay all applicable sales, transfer taxes or personal property taxes in addition to the purchase price calculated pursuant to Exhibit IV (unless specifically included in the price). EXCEPT IN CONNECTION WITH A SALE OF THE PREMISES, DURING THE TERM OF THIS AGREEMENT, HOMEOWNER WILL NOT ASSIGN, SELL, PLEDGE OR IN ANY OTHER WAY TRANSFER ITS INTEREST IN THIS AGREEMENT WITHOUT THE COMPANY'S PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT.
Written Assignment. Any such transfer shall be by a written instrument of assignment, the terms of which are not in contravention of any of the provisions of this Agreement, and which has been duly executed by the Owner and acknowledged by the General Partner in writing. Upon such acknowledgement, such Assignee shall take subject to all terms of this Agreement and shall become an Assignee.
Written Assignment. In collaboration with treatment providers complete and submit an approved comprehensive relapse prevention plan. Relapse Prevention Plan Non-compliant acts resulting in level reduction (including but not limited to): < Unexcused absences from C.A.R.E. Court sessions; < Unexcused absences from PO/office meetings or any scheduled treatment session; < Positive alcohol/drug screens; < Missed alcohol/drug screens; < Attempt or submission of adulterated urinalysis; < Refusal to submit urinalysis/stalls; < Refusal or failure to comply with referral for increased/intensified treatment; < Failure to maintain employment, (participant responsibility); < Failure to participate in life skills, employment or education program as directed; < Disruptive or disrespectful behavior; < Failure to comply with self-help group attendance; < Failure to complete written assignments; < Failure to complete a sanction; < New arrest; < Failure to comply with court-ordered financial obligations if deemed able; < Other violation of supervision condition or Court order. Sanctions (including but not limited to): < Increased reporting; < Writing assignments; < Increased C.A.R.E. Court attendance; < Increase frequency of meetings with Probation; < Reduction in phase; < Increased frequency of UA collection; < Use of alternative drug testing procedure; < Curfew; < Electronic monitoring; < CCC placement; < Incarceration of varying length.
Written Assignment. The written assignment provides panels with an additional mechanism to investigate the skills and knowledge of the applicant in specific areas, and may take different forms depending on the areas of competence the panel wishes to explore in greater depth. The written assignment can be the traditionally used essay - in such cases applicants sit a three hour essay assessment. The essay topic is set by the assessment panel after completion of the interactive assessment so that the panel can probe specific areas of competence in further depth. Applicants are not informed of their essay topic until they enter the assessment, and each applicant receives a different essay topic. The essays are reviewed by the applicant’s assessment panel. One purpose of an essay is to assess how well an applicant can produce a clear, well structured, written presentation on a given subject within a set time. Alternatively, a written assignment can be a ‘take away’ problem to be solved using resources at the applicant’s place of work – for example if there is doubt over a specific technical competence, an assignment to test for it could be set. Other possible examples include case studies and work simulations.
