Common use of Written Agreements Clause in Contracts

Written Agreements. Each Party shall obtain written agreements from each of its employees and consultants who perform work pursuant to this Agreement, which agreements shall obligate such persons to similar obligations of confidentiality and to assign to such Party all inventions made by such persons during the course of performing such work. Each Party will notify the other Party promptly upon discovery of any unauthorized use or disclosure of the Confidential Information of the other Party.
