Written Acknowledgment. Upon the request of Holder, the Company will at any time during the period this Warrant is outstanding acknowledge in writing, in form reasonably satisfactory to Holder, the continuing validity of this Warrant and the obligations of the Company hereunder.

Written Acknowledgment. The ASPCA shall respond to a request for assistance by the quickest practical means. Requests will be considered based upon the resources available at the time the requests are received. Upon receiving such a request, ASPCA will determine whether, and the extent to which, to deploy available resources to the Cooperating Party in accordance with such requests. If additional resources are needed beyond what ASPCA can provide, ASPCA, in conjunction with the Cooperating Party, may coordinate the contact, activation, and deployment of its National Response Partner Network to secure additional resources, subject to the terms of this Agreement. Written Acknowledgment. Written acknowledgment of the appeal shall be mailed within five calendar days of receipt by the part of the MCE that receives the appeal. If a beneficiary files an appeal with the wrong entity, that entity will notify the beneficiary in writing in order to acknowledge the appeal. This written acknowledgment shall explain that the issue has been forwarded to the correct division within the MCE, identify the division to which it has been forwarded, and explain that the appeal will be addressed by that division. This does not extend the deadline by which appeals must be determined.
