Writing Services Sample Clauses

Writing Services. Purchaser hereby engages Seller to write a re-write (“Re-Write”) and a polish (“Polish”) in connection with the Screenplay, on a pay-or-play basis, for a writing fee of Thirty Six Thousand Dollars ($36,000) in the aggregate, which shall be allocated Twenty Four Thousand Dollars ($24,000) to the Re-Write and Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000) to the First Polish. The commencement of the Re-Write will occur when a director has been engaged to supervise the Re-Write, but in no event later than twelve (12) weeks following the date of commencement of the Initial Option Period.
