World Language. When feasible, class sizes in 6-8 World Language classes will be comparable to class sizes in other academic classes.
World Language. Spanish will be taught daily for a minimum of 25 minutes for grades K- 6 and for one class period for grades 7-8. Spanish lessons will be taught in Spanish whenever possible. The Spanish curriculum may be modified as deemed necessary by CCSA. Additionally, students may learn Greek and Latin roots and phrases to further their understanding of English and Spanish.

World Language. The Charter School believes that acquiring a second world language is a critical part of a well- rounded education. As such, the Charter School has offered thirty minutes of World Language instruction daily to all students. Initially, the Charter School chose to offer Arabic language instruction after consideration of input from its parent and student community. Moving forward the Charter School plans to offer all families a choice between Arabic language instruction and Spanish language instruction. This addition to the curriculum is designed to provide choice and to appeal to students from a wide range of ethnic backgrounds.
