Workstation Software the LICENSEE can install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE on a single machine: workstation, terminal, operator panel or portable computer (referred to as the MACHINE).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Each year for which you are approved for the terms of this Attachment, we will provide you with a Letter of Supply in support of your response requirements for GSA awards. We may provide other documentation, as required by the GSA, upon your request. You are protected for price increases for Programs you market under a GSA award. We will specify the price protection terms to you in writing. For an open bid opportunity, on an exception basis, you may provide Programs to qualifying Remarketers (system integrators, prime contractors, subcontractors and 8A companies) when such Remarketers provide Programs under the terms of a Federal award to End Users who qualify for GSA terms. We may provide you with a rebate on Programs you provide to Remarketers. Any such rebate will be a percent of the price you paid us for the Program, less any credits we issued to you. We will inform you in writing of that percent. In order to obtain the rebate, you agree to report to us in a time frame and format we specify, certain information regarding the Programs provided to such Remarketers. For Programs you market to qualifying Remarketers for their sale to a Federal agency or department, you agree to:

Workstation Software. Office Suite: Microsoft Office 2010*, 2013, 2016, 2019 (includes Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) *Microsoft has issued an end-of-life support warranty for Office 2010. Because this version of Office is no longer supported by Microsoft, KCFC Technology Services is upgrading installations of this product to the Office 2013 or higher suite. KCFC Technology Services will only support Office 2010 software installations that are within our responsibility to upgrade.
Workstation Software. Applus may periodically develop and install software upgrades and/or updates on the Workstation which may change the operation of the Workstation and/or the VID. Such updates may be downloaded by Applus remotely or installed onto the Workstation directly, either by POIS upon request by Applus or by Applus technicians. Except in the case of an emergency update, Applus shall notify POIS at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of any upgrade or update that would affect the Inspector’s operation of the Workstation. For purposes of this Agreement, an “emergency update” is defined as an instance where the proper operation of the VID is at risk, the ability of POIS to conduct valid Inspections is threatened, or at IEPA’s direction.

Workstation Software. GBO will be responsible for the license and maintenance charges under applicable license and maintenance agreements for the Workstation Software. GBO may also acquire additional Workstation Software through Seller, subject to its availability and at the prevailing rates of Seller's reseller (Compucom Corporation).
Workstation Software. MarkeSheet for Windows The MarketSheet for Windows software will be installed on NT machines connected to the Client TIB Network to provide display capability for TIB data. TIB/Automation TIB/Automation software provides TIB publish and subscriber functionality to the NT desktop. This allows TIB data to be plugged into spreadsheets or other desktop applications. RUN-TIME LICENSES TIB/Rendezvous Standard Run-times The Rendezvous Daemon run-time license is installed on each host and handles the IPC between applications. TIB/Rendezvous Routing Daemon (RVRD) TIB/Rendezvous routing daemons forward messages efficiently across WAN or LAN boundaries, without change to existing TIB/Rendezvous application code. (Licensed separately). CiServer Run-times The CiServer Daemon run-time license is installed on each host of the Feed Net and handles the IPC between the TIBCO feed handlers and the TIC. ENTERPRISE MESSAGING TIB/MessageBroker TIB/MessageBroker is sophisticated content-based routing and message transformation system. TIB/MessageBroker transforms input messages into output messages of different formats and protocols. Messages may be routed using any combination of source information and message content, resulting in tightly integrated content-based routing functionality.

Office Suite: Microsoft Office 2016, 2019 (includes Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) – Standard & Professional Editions Due to Microsoft Licensing requirements and auditing measures, KCFC Technology Services does not support Home or Student versions of Office and any installations of these licenses may be uninstalled, or the offending device removed from the County network.
