Workshop Fees. In the event the attendance to a professional meeting is approved by the Superintendent and savings can be made by making advanced payment, this shall be done. The bargaining unit member must submit a completed copy of the registration form with the original request. The Treasurer will then make payment and send registration to the organization or association. Failure to comply will result in the member paying the difference in fees. Exception shall be made if the attendance is at an administrator’s request and advanced rates were not possible to achieve.

Workshop Fees. The Employer agrees to pay any fees for paraprofessionals to attend workshops, educational conferences and/or in-service sessions when these are required with their job responsibilities or performance. Payment of fees are contingent upon prior approval by the building administrators and the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources or their designee. A conference and/or workshop account of at least $500 annually shall be made available for paraprofessional use. Workshops not held during school hours will be voluntary.

The employee will not be charged for work time missed to attend such conferences, etc.

  • License Fees If so provided in the Prospectus, the Depositor may enter into a Licensing Agreement (the "Agreement") with a licensor (the "Licensor") described in the Prospectus in which the Trust(s), as consideration for the licenses granted by the Licensor for the right to use its trademarks and trade names, intellectual property rights or for the use of databases and research owned by the Licensor, will pay a fee set forth in the Agreement to the applicable Licensor or the Depositor to reimburse the Depositor for payment of the expenses. The Trustee shall adjust the net asset value (Trust Fund Evaluation) as of the dates specified in the preceding sentence to account for any variation between accrual of estimated license fee and the license fee payable pursuant to the Agreement, but such adjustment shall not affect calculations made prior thereto and no adjustment shall be made in respect thereof.

  • Use Fees In consideration of use of the Facilities, User shall pay MIT a fee according to the MIT.nano Facility Rate Chart, reflected on the MIT.nano website. Fees will be due and payable within 30 days following the receipt of MIT’s invoice and shall be paid in US Dollars, excluding taxes, withholding or impost of any kind.
