Workshop Attendance. If an employee is required to attend a workshop or training program by the District, the employee shall be compensated at their regular rate of pay for all hours required. In addition, employees may request workshop attendance in writing to the Building Administrator. The Building Administrator, at their discretion may approve or deny requests and shall specify the rate of pay approved if the request is granted. The employee may elect to attend at the specified rate of pay or withdraw their request.

Workshop Attendance. Non-certificated employees required by the Administration to attend workshop- committee meetings outside the regular work day of the employee shall be compensated at the employee’s hourly rate of pay as per the salary schedule.
Workshop Attendance. The District may require attendance at workshops or trainings, both within and outside the district, for all employees. Registration, mileage and lodging, if necessary, will be paid by the District if an employee is required to attend workshops or training.   • Attendance at Meetings Employees designated as shop stewards or official representatives of the Union shall be allowed to attend meetings held by County agencies during regular working hours on County time as follows:
