WORKSAFE BC. Employees who are absent from work and receiving benefits from WorkSafe BC shall be considered as being at work and shall receive benefits as if they were working, provided they pay their share of the premium costs.
WORKSAFE BC. If an Employee sustains an injury in the course of his duties and is eligible for Worksafe BC compensation, he shall be paid that amount necessary to make up the difference between what he receives as compensation and his full salary so long as his accumulation of sick leave credits permit.
