Works Requirements. Where the Main Contract is a public works contract for works designed by the Contractor, the NN Sub-Contractor is deemed to have satisfied itself before entering the sub-contract of the adequacy of the Works Requirements in so far as they relate to the Sub-Contract Works. The Contractor will not be liable to the NN Sub-Contractor for any deficiency in the Works Requirements and the NN Sub-Contractor is fully responsible for the adequacy of the works Requirements in so far as they relate to the Sub-Contract Works.   • HIPAA Requirements The Parties agree that the provisions under HIPAA Rules that are required by law to be incorporated into this Amendment are hereby incorporated into this Agreement.

  • Records Requirements Records of expenses pertaining to Additional Services and services performed on the basis of a Worker Wage Rate or Monthly Salary Rate shall be kept on the basis of generally accepted accounting principles and in accordance with cost accounting standards promulgated by the Federal Office of Management and Budget Cost Accounting Standards Board and shall be available for audit by Owner or Owner’s authorized representative on reasonable notice.

  • DBE Requirements A. Notice is hereby given to the CONSULTANT and any SUB-CONSULTANT, and both agree, that failure to carry out the requirements set forth in 49 CFR Sec. 26.13(b) shall constitute a breach of this Contract and, after notification and failure to promptly cure such breach, may result in termination of this Contract or such remedy as INDOT deems appropriate.
