Workplace Training. Unit members will be paid for all District-sponsored workplace trainings authorized for substitute teachers. The school district shall collaborate with the union on training subjects prior to the new school year with continual discussions on training subjects throughout the year.
Workplace Training. 39.01 Basic first aid and CPR training shall be offered to all employees under guidelines established by the American Red Cross.
Workplace Training. Company training and outreach was conducted in several companies in Jakarta and one each in Surabaya and Riau, with training being implemented by KKI, Yayasan AIDS Indonesia and YKB. On April 4 and 5, KKI held a TOT for 40 corporate and branch managers from Bank Tabungan Negara, an organization with 2000 employees. This was followed on April 8 by an orientation at Unilever for the families of senior management, with a particular focus on PLWHA issues.
Workplace Training. 41.1 The Company will ensure that all Employees are suitably trained to carry out the functions and duties that the Company requires them to perform. Training will be provided at the reasonable direction of the Company in accordance with the productive needs of the business.

To achieve this, the Company will provide opportunity for Employees to attend training that corresponds with their skill requirements and the needs of the business. The needs of the business will have regard to the number of Employees, skill base/qualifications of Employees and the present and future needs of the Company.

Workplace Training. 52.1 The Employer is committed to the ongoing training and skill development of Employees. All Employees will be provided with training that enables them to effectively undertake the requirements of their position, including duties and powers in accordance with section 11B and 11C of the Young Offenders Act 1994.
Workplace Training. A core team of 20 managers from PT Panarub, an Adidas production factory with 2000 employees, was trained on September 4, and the company held a health fair on the following day. Capacity building for management also took place during September at Federal Express, where HIV/AIDS prevention training will be incorporated into the occupational health and safety program, and Gudang Garam, Surabaya, where 30 managers were trained as trainers. Training took place for employees of Bank Tabungan Negara in Bekasi on September 17. Earlier in the month, the company held a community awareness event focusing on residents in BTN housing estates (September 6–7). Worker education sessions were launched at Xxxx Global Indo on September 20, while on September 23, the Standard Chartered worker education program came to an end with a closing ceremony that included a question-and-answer session with a number of PLWHA. The bank also made a donation for medication to treat people with AIDS. Forty reporters from Trans TV and 30 supervisors from Bank Mega (the two organizations are part of the same conglomerate) received an orientation to HIV/AIDS prevention in the workplace on September 26. ASA has begun a collaboration with Global Alliance, an agency that handles health programs in Indonesia for global brands Nike and Gap, among others. As a first step in this partnership, Health Fairs were put on in a number of factories in the greater Jakarta area and in Bitung combining HIV/AIDS exhibits with question-and-answer sessions for employees.

Workplace Training. Employers often require assistance in training their employees with respect to essential skills or job specific skills. The WorkPlace Training initiative will provide financial support to employers in Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Island to assist in the development and provision of job-specific training. This program will support training initiatives by funding a portion of the salaries of employees while on training and other related training costs. As an example, an aerospace company may require their employees or potential new hires to obtain training in skills specific to their company. In order to remain competitive and increase production levels, employers may require their employees to up skill thus enhancing the quality of their workforce. Due to the effects of the economic downturn Workplace Training will be utilized to assist both employees and employers.
